As the alpaca industry continues to develop with rapid genetic improvement we believe black alpaca fleece will be in high demand as part of this trend.

Black is always a fashion colour and natural black fleece is the pinnacle.

Hidden Lake Alpacas has a breeding strategy to improve the fleece characteristics of black alpacas and significant gains are being achieved.
